Message	that are familiar with south cal or north hollywood. know that North hollywood is hillie ( < --- not a word ) and he went through the " puddle " at the bottom of the hill. also for the people that are familiar with so cal know that the sewer system is horrible. well maybe not the sewer system but people leave trash and bags on the streets and when it rains it clogs the sewer system. So theres always a bunch of water on the street level.
